Coxley Live 2006-2009


A report on the work of the Coxley Live Group between 2006 and 2009.


Following a church commissioned review of the Parish and its life concerns were raised about an observed weakening of the bonds that hold communities together. Once strong, these bonds were now dangerously weak as the area moved out of a “village” culture and into a new commuter/dormitory phase. A meeting was called which brought together the Anglican and Methodist churches, members of the
Sitlington Parish Council and other community members.

From this meeting the Coxley Live project was to grow.
